The City of Scandia's Assessment Division holds Open Book appeals by appointment any time prior to May 5, 2021. To make arrangements to discuss or present an assessment challenge, please contact City Assessor Patrick Poshek at 651-430-0360.
Final consideration and the last opportunity to appeal a property assessment is held with the Board of Appeal and Equalization. For the 2021 year, this board will be held by Washington County. The County will be holding their hearings at the Washington County Government Center in Stillwater located at 14949 62nd Street N on the following two dates by appointment only:
-Tuesday, June 15, 2021, 5 p.m.
-Tuesday, June 22, 2021, 11 a.m.
