The City of Scandia's regulations are currently split between two locations. The General Code includes all regulations that are not development code related. Development Code Regulations include zoning, land alteration, and subdivision related regulations.
Watershed Regulations Depending on your location within Scandia, your property may be subject to additional regulations with regard to any type of land alteration, including grading, filling and trenching. Please check with your local watershed district.
