The Washington County Community Development Agency (CDA) is authorized by the Minnesota Housing and Redevelopment Act, Chapter 487, Minnesota Session Laws of 1974, to undertake certain types of housing and redevelopment activities in Washington County. Washington County Board Resolution No. 80 87 established the CDA after certain need findings.
