Leonard Wojtowicz Memorial Ice Facility was conceived in 1995 by the Wojtowicz family in memory of their father who raised six children with a love of hockey and skating. A generous donation from the family started the process and construction began in 1996. A large slab of concrete enables year round use through ice skating as well as skateboarding with a later addition of ramps. The family continues to look after the beloved facility regularly volunteering for upkeep of the warming house.
We currently have space for 24 billboard advertisements available for year-round signage inside the rink at the Leonard Wojtowicz Skating Park. The cost for advertisement at Wojtowicz is $200 per year or $500 for a 3-year period, plus the costs to fabricate the sign. All advertisement proceeds go to support Wojtowicz operations and maintenance.
