Gambling - Excluded or Exempt
This application form is for use to request City approval of a local permit for lawful gambling required to be registered with the Minnesota Gambling Control Board. In addition to this form, applicants shall submit to the City the original, signed and completed application to the Gambling Control Board (forms LG220, Application for Exempt Permit, or LG 240B, Application to Conduct Excluded Bingo) with copies of all required attachments.
Gambling - Excluded Raffle
This application form is for use to request City approval of a local permit for lawful gambling not required to be registered with the Minnesota Gambling Control Board. An excluded raffle may be conducted by a nonprofit organization when for the calendar year:
the total value of ALL prizes donated and purchased is less than $1,500, OR
if the organization is a 501(c)(3) organization, the total value of ALL prizes donated and purchased for one event does not exceed $5,000 (see Minnesota Statutes, section 349.166, Subd. 1(c) ).
