Snow and ice are scarce, but Vinterfest is STILL ON!
First the bad news:
• The ice rink is under water, so The Minnesotan Cup is cancelled. Meister’s Mite 2 is still going to give it a try!
• No Food & Beer tent at the Community Center.
• Sledding – there’s no real snow on Elim’s amazing hill.
• The snow piles are small and crusty this year, so Snow Sculptures have morphed into Vinterbean (Corn Hole) Contest 1 & 2! Family fun – cash prizes! Meet at the Tennis Courts to play.
• The heavy cloud cover has interfered with Star Gazing. Watch for rescheduling the date and time to still meet at Hay Lake Park for some star (sun with proper filters,) gazing educational fun!
